1. JOB DESCRIPTION
· A business associate is GIL's front end contact
with potential Retailers to place GIL’s product.
· He will be assigned a clearly defined territory
and given specific Monthly and Quarterly targets for deployment.
· He will maintain close relationship with the CSPs/Retailers/Bankers
he has acquired or acquired by company.

3. ROLE
· Salary best in the Industry.
· He/she is expected to do local travel and visit
CSPs/Bank branch/RBOs/LHO/ROs within his/herassigned territory, typically a
radius of district level on regular basis.
· He/she is expected to handle routine service issues for
the RO/CSPs in coordination with the concern official
staff.
· He/she should manage training
(Individuals/Mass) for CSPs / Retailers.
· He/she should arrange Gram sabha/meetings
on regular basis to create Product awareness and brand identity of CSPs /
Retailers.
· He/she should do marketing for all
products of company.
· He/she must boost up urban Business
for company.
· He/she continually does CSP/Retailers
follow up.
· He/she should maintain strong Liasioning
with CSPs, Retailers, Project Head, Government officials, and officials of BOB/SBI.
· He/she must do field survey of
competitors & report to up line.
· He/she should sign in visiting
register of CSPs, should take a photographs with CSP including banner given by
the company and send on whatsapp.
· He/she should fill up feedback Form
duly signed by CSPs and send to company.
4.
SPECIFICATION
· Qualification –Minimum Graduate (Flexible with
good references)
· Must be over 18 years of age Male/Female.
· Preference for those having Motorcycle/Scooter
etc.
· Preferred from sales and marketing field or from
existing vendors.
5.
SERVICE CONDITIONS (LOCATION)
· He/she will be located at the place of residence in
rural/urban area.
· He/she may be expected to shift location within the
District of residence.
6. REPORTING
·
The Role incumbent shall report to the Manager Operations.
7. TRAINING
·
Training of GIL® products (Sales, Servicing and Trouble
shooting) shall be provided by Company.
8. Expenses of Travel
·
Rs. 2.25 per kilometers from area of his/her residence
as calculated and scheduled by company.
