BDE - Tata Tele Service - IT Graduate (1 year exp.) :-


1) To identify business opportunities by identifying prospects; researching and analyzing sales options. [Key Products: Internet Leased Line, Toll Free Services, PRI, SIP, Hosted OBD] 2) Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. 3) Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance researching and recommending about service. 4) Maintain Corporate relations and target oriented. 5) Generate Sales Leads & Understand Client Needs 6)Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. 7) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 8) Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. 9) Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.


Tender Executive - Graduate (1-2 years exp.) :-

Bid manager - Graduate (3-4 years exp.) :-


working with all members of the Organization Public Sector Business Development team to develop winning, innovative proposals including written responses for Requests for Tender, RFIs/RFQs/RFPs (RFx); oral presentations and demonstrations; and unsolicited documents and white papers. • He should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about the mission, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions in a written context. • Execute the RFx proposal response plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. capture, marketing teams, service teams, legal, support, compliance, finance, etc.). • Develop win themes, technical discriminators, and innovative pricing strategies working with multiple stakeholders RFx opportunities. • Contribute to RFP response requirements and ensure proposal compliance, and act as the primary interface for RFx response efforts. • Provide input to a library of approved proposal content for quick-turnaround opportunities. • Understand and navigate Indian public sector contracting and tender procedures. • Be a thought leader with preparing/developing proposal responses, win themes, technical discriminators, pricing, etc.
